Grand Galaxy is in the heart of TNagar. We paid more due to holiday season for room price. The facilities were ok not so great. Everything has to be requested like chair, step stool, water bottle etc and were not given by default by the staff. Food is average

Very neat and friendly atmosphere. It's near a shopping place. Nearby we have ayya mess best food. Hotel staff are quick and polite and very good rooms and services.

location is good, with all facilities.
very close to shopping streets, temples. this is better when you travel alone or with family members.
taste of food needs to be improved slightly.
staffs were good and polite, especially the people who work during night shifts.
eventually everything is good.
