Very poor service, we ordered fruit overload icecream sundae in Zomato last night, but we received only 2 scoops of icecream in each cup. We were disappointed that we paid more than 500rs for just 2 scoops ice cream. When we complained in Zomato, they asked us to speak in the shop, when we spoke to the shopkeeper Mr. Ram from k.k. nagar Havmor branch, he was very rude to answer n telling us to complain in Zomato. He was super hesitating to hear our concern. Never ever go to this shop or order.

Havmor's normal cone ice creams are very good, tasty and affordable. But massive disappointment, they are not available here.
And things like scoops, etc., which are available here, are very overpriced
However, Havmor does have great variety. So it is nice for enjoying novelty experiences like the ice cream boats, jars, etc

Great ice-cream, some tempting flavors, awesome sundaes and great pricing. There is nothing to hate here. The only irritating thing was the online order notification on the Store audio system that kept intrupting our conversations.

Be mindful that is difficult find car parking due peak traffic hours
