Located in Chetpet next to EGA theatre. I've tried many tiffin items from them over the last few years. Moderately priced. Staff are courteous. Vegetarian food only. Taste could be better in some aspects. They do accomodate our special packaging requests from time to time.old style making and good ???? overall.

Already famous and one of the vintage hotels in chennai. This time we went for an evening snack. Had their signature sambar idly and then onion bajji. Finished with filter coffee. Good taste and no complaints on that but the rate of onion bajji which is a small circle one costed Rs.30 for 2 pieces. Ratewise premium rates for the udupi setup. One of the main reasons to visit this place is for nostalgic feel it gives me everytime. Overall paid Rs.120 for 2 pieces of sambar idly, 2 pieces of onion bhajji and one filter coffee.

Ordered North Indian Thali and madras meals through Zomato with an order of free Gulaab jamun. I haven’t received the Gulaab Jamun and also the entire food were fully spilled all over and inside the cover. Spoke to the restaurant and explained my bad experience, but he was not bothered at all. And also talked very rude. This behaviour is not acceptable. He is not willing to accept his mistake. Worst experience.
