Recently joined here for fitness. One of the affordable gym in the locality. The trainer is very friendly and helpful in choosing workouts. Wide variety of equipments for different workouts. Flexible timings, Clean environment, Overall having a very good experience. Highly recommended.

A clean, peaceful gym in Arumbakkam.
Going here for almost a year now.
Timings are flexible and the trainer is very friendly. There is no pressure, and you can learn and progress at your own pace. They don't promote supplements and that's a good thing. Plan Fee is not too low or too high.
