I am a customer of GKB Optical for more than 10 years. One of my friends who is running his own Optical in my native town recommended GKB. I am really surprised about this. Normally no one will recommend another dealer in the same business. I visited GKB with high expectations. GKB standards and services are more than my expectations. Since then I am a regular customer. My family and my relatives use to follow my choices and suggestions. Now, my circle is also a happy customer of GKB. I always appreciate the service and after-sales support behaviors of GKB Optical. A special mention about Mr. Keval Trivedi. He cares about customer satisfaction and comfort to the core. Wonderful place for our Specs solution.

Excellent service! The store manager, Mr. Sharat P. Tiwari was incredibly helpful. I will certainly come back the next time I'm in Chennai.

Optometrist ms. Shajna and the store manager Mr. Sharath were very helpful and customer friendly. They helped me with my eye power diagnosis and provided corrective glasses .I would highly recommend this opticals for anyone who is looking for checking their eye power and getting new glasses .
