Biryani is good. But in menu board outside the hotel, they mentioned that Chicken Biryani is Rs.80 and they charged me Rs.90 which is still good price. But what if someone actually have only Rs.80 and they charged Rs. 90 after eating? That will be embracing moment for both customer and seller. So avoid confusing customers...

Good biryani
I had mutton biryani here today, good mutton quality n quantity. Not like other places where they add too much rice only.
Worst thing is they serve only 2 tthings chicken n mutton biryani, no variety.
Also they don't keep raita, they give just onion in salad and baingan bharta(which is watery). Never saw combination of baingan bharta with biryani.
Cheap Ambience.
For this they charge 90 for chicken biryani n 130rs for mutton biryani. Quite expensive.
Biryani doesn't have taste.
2stars just because of mutton quantity.

Very small hotel near Apollo hospital in greams road. Those who enjoy biriyani will love the taste. Chicken 65 is also good. Price is also reasonable.
