venkatesh sir was a supwr and friendly coach and this is the best gym and and 2 ND floor was for weight draining and 3 rd floor for strength training very fastly I lost weight by venketesh sir a good coach

Coach venkatesh sir was a good and friendly coach and comparing to other big gyms this is a cheap and best gym and on the 1 st floor there is special section for women's and 2 ND floor was for weight draining and 3 rd floor for strength training very fastly I lost weight by venketesh sir a good coach

In Velachery, there is a wonderful gym called Fitness Zone. It has separate floors for men and women and specialized trainers for each. Gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment for the training. Trainees are trained professionally and have extensive experience. They guided everyone in the gym individually to ensure that they were all doing things correctly. Various tips and advice were given for staying healthy. I recommend them from my own experience.
