Average experience.
- The hotel staff asked for full payment during check in time itself . They said it was the policy if booking is done online.
- We had booked two AC rooms. One room the AC was positioned very far from bed and and no effect at all. It was like a non-AC room.
- There was no soap in the bathroom and no tooth paste. Despite multiple requests, no body came to refill soap
- In the morning all the taps had only hot water. No normal/cold water. Given the hot climate in Chennai, it was difficult to take bath. The hotel should have made provision for cold water.

Very average experience overall. Only plus point is that room is spacious.

The worst staying experience.Booked 2 rooms for a night. Not satisfied with the location, very congested road. Inside Parking facility is there but very small, always the owner vehicle (Kia Carnival) is parked inside so there won't be space available for you to park inside. The front desk guy was so rude and asked me not park inside even when space was available to park due to the reason owner vehicle is parked and he will be taking out the around 1 am.
The only positive point about the room was neatness nothing else. The bed ( spring mattress) condition was horrible, got back due to this and was not able to sleep properly. Stayed with our 8 months old toddler, asked for an extra pillow and he said not available. Hot water was not available in bathroom. The colour of white bath towel was ash, very dirty. Worst place to stay with family.

The room was clean and good but the breakfast service wasn't. What i mean is when I did the booking the breakfast was included but when I went to ask in the morning they said I came late. They didn't mind to update or to inform us that the timings have been changed.

Other than that everything was good with parking facilities.
