Guys..have the worst experience in this place. The property owner Interference is an additional headache. He can cancel your booking after reaching the venue or will ask you to pay higher price to accommodate the guest even if you had booked in advance.The staffs are rude and so as the property owner. We had a long stay around 15 days and shall not recommend any fab user to avail this place. Fab service is good but the property is extremely bad. The stay was a nightmare for me and my colleagues. We immediately relocated to a different place. The rooms doesn't worth more the Rs. 1100/-. Since, rating is compulsory, I am giving single star. Option should be given for negative rating...

Its is an small apartment completely used as a guest house with 5 or 6 rooms only , no where near 3-Star hotel which they claim, rooms are clean but need maintenance, washrooms need lot of renovation, Breakfast served has very little choice (only 1or2) no buffet, that too with small quantity. Staff is cooperative, it is nice service apartment but if you are looking for 3* hotel you may be very disappointed

Excellent,cozy and safe place. It is like apartments...u get a room like in a hotel but the difference is it is in an apartment/home. It is really a great place to bring kids as they won't feel that it is a hotel instead it's a home. The food and the service of the people are highly remarkable.
