I took there my father for emergency treatment but the nurse noted down his name for a consultation. we waited there for more than an hour and requested 2-3 times but after an hour I never saw this experience in any multi-specialty hospital before. Yes, nurse staff and doctors went out and close the consultation room's door and the whole team went for a lunch break. I don't tell that they shouldn't go for Lunch but it should be route basis not for the whole team at a stretch to keep waiting for patients. It tested my patience. I took my father to another hospital

Very worst experience for two times in last one week. During emergency also they are least bothered. Doctors are literally time passing with nurse during night times.
There is no process followed for walk in patient and we will have no clue when they will call us.

Few years back it is maintained properly now it is very worst I suggest people not go essvee hospitals especially during emergency.

Really good treatment Room no 18 admitted under Dr.Prabhu over all good treatment and we are happy with the hospitality and service made by all specifically by all the nurses who were polite and good in servicing the patient
