Totally unhygienic hotel and feels suffocating and AC doesn't work, washroom are not at all maintained

Worst behaviour from Receptionist, I have stayed here many times years before, some other receptionist was there.
I stayed 2 hours extra than my checkout time, but they forced me to pay the full day amount. I had to pay as I was getting delayed for my train by avoiding arguments. They speak a bad language, never expected this from their staffs.
