All very good except for one thing. Too many patients in short window. There’s no appointment system. So it gets crowded with no place to sit or stand. If they can restrict the number of patients per day by appointment system, then it will help the patients. Hospital visit itself is not an experience that someone looks forward too but an unpleasant experience makes it even worse.
