From what I observed Dr Shashikala consistently demonstrated a compassionate and professional demeanor, allocating ample time to actively listen to me. She also exhibited an exceptional ability to comprehend the complexities of various issues. Furthermore, she adeptly provided optimal solutions and treatment based on insightful assessment. Dr Shashikala is now our family doctor and the entire family is under her care apart from myself. I know her for 12 plus years. For any problems we run to her only now. She is an expert in her field, does excellent diagnosis and will not unnecessarily write medicines . Rather she will try to make us feel better thru vitamins etc. She is very friendly and explains everything well. Also she is available to her patients anytime they want to communicate with her. Would highly recommend her to any one

#missing punctuality

Had to take my dad for a checkup and we booked appointment for 10:30 am. We reached there by 10:15 and we waited. Only one patient waas waiting ahead of us. We waited for one hour but still the doctor didn’t turn up.!!! And my dad was struggling to Sit there for prolonged time and we were forced to leave.

Punctuality is first and rest of your services are followed after that.
