Best place in chennai for a Tastiest pizza and an evening hangout. Well cleaned and maintained place, tasty food, Good ambiance, Very good staffs and neat washroom also available. Overall it's a fantastic place to visit and enjoy the food and vibe. Really enjoyed. Food delivery also available here, fast delivery with good manners.

Food quality is not on par with other dominos outlets. Often outlet is too crowded and seats were not available. Service is very poor. The average response time is 45 to 50 mins after order. Sometimes people over counter would forgot to deliver the food even though the food is ready. Staffs will be mostly chatting with each other without taking up the order. Pathetic to see many customers were arguing for the delay in delivery. The table were not cleaned once the customer leaves. Staffs will clean the table only after been asked to clean after customer occupying such uncleaned table. Ventilation problem is there, staffs won't turn on fan or AC. If we asked them to turn on they will give a constant reply either the AC is not working or the AC is already turned on.
I already rated this outlet for 4. But my recent visit made me to reconsider the same.

Today I had placed an order online and witnessed firsthand the abysmal level of professionalism displayed by them. The combination of incompetence and unprofessionalism I encountered throughout the entire process was nothing short of a disaster.

My online order which should have been delivered within 1 hr was still being prepared after waiting for more than 1.5 hrs.

I finally called to cancel the order as I had lost all hope of them delivering the pizza, I was met with the store manager's condescending attitude and refusal to accept any responsibility for the mishaps only served to reinforce the utter lack of professionalism within Domino's.

Safe to say, I am NEVER ordering from Domino's ever again.
