Very sorry to give this review ….I was the person who gave 5 stars when I joined here on Aug 2020 and joined with a doubt whether I could reduce even 1 kg .But the person who made impossible-possible by making me reduce 12 kg in just 5 months . I was still a live client till Dec 13 th2022 and my package is still Jan 2023 .
The gym was so professional and lively only under the wings of Krithika ma’am.
The day she left a month ago and I questioned the management about the workouts & classes I was removed from that group in WhatsApp and was told not to continue der . Those who all raised question we all were removed .
So unruly behaviour, these kind of ill treatment given to the clients .
( u can even check )
I absolutely not recommend this place .

Fabulous, fantastic experience. Enjoying and having lot of fun everyday. Krithika mam so friendly.

Trainers are really awesome and dedicated. Happy to be a part of CS123 gym.

Good to workout for women & girls. Suriya is good trainer and other girl who teaches zumba and aerobics both are good ????????
