I joined for one month to understand what it's like before I dive deep and it surely does feel like more because there's so much they train you with and familiarise you with when it comes to MMA, Judo, wrestling and Jiu Jitsu. The coaches Muthu and Shuhaib have been so intricate with form, technique and correction that every class feels accomplishing. They even taught me how to eat right for the training and pushed me to join the 6 am class and this made me an early riser. Felt fully engaged and grew more interest in the sport. Coaches have sat down after class and clarified doubts and pain points one may face with their body. What I love is that they are very invested in your learning and and help you with getting better everyday. The personal attention is motivating. The teaching is also super systematic that anyone can grasp quickly. Best of the best in Chennai!

This is unlike a regular gym. The training that Ck provides is really good. The coaches are amazing and helpful too. Doubts about anything relevant are easily clarified and they are able to create a very friendly, informal and comfortable environment during the classes.

Ck to me has been life changing. I started training out of passion and the coaches have molding me in ways that I can't think off. I'm currently a fighter and coach who is competing at various levels and Ck has helped me achieve that. They've helped me follow my passion and keep me on track to reach my end goal. Kudos to the coaches at Ck and the amazing team.
