Booked a room at Goibibo, Once i reached there, they were showing me security service room instead of the room i had booked. I was literally shocked. The reception person asked me to pay 1500 extra for Room then I told them to cancel and process the refund but they told Goibibo that I stayed for half a day so couldn't proceed with the full refund. An absolute lie. Seriously guys? You're ruining your business. Worst tactics. Anyways I've got a full refund from Goibibo and requested them to ban this hotel on Goibibo.

They are fraud and their team is also rude and impolite. They have business module to take booking from OYO and once person reached over there for stay they ask INR 1000 more to pay. If we complain to OYO then they have only one solution to shift booking to another property or cancel the booking. This is ridiculous and OYO should take action against them and file complain to consumer forum for strict action. This property should blacklist from all the sources so that no one can book this hotel from any platform and can save people time while transit. Think thrice before booking

Worst experience in my life. Never ever think to go to that scrap yard. They asked for extra money, i paid still more than 5 hours out of 11 hours The power is not there. Please go there, you will suffer
