Budget Hotels in Chennai

1. they say its a budget friendly hotel but no its not staff at hotel reception asked us to pay in his personnel number instead of the hotel QR code kept at reception. and also they charged extra for the room. few housekeeping staff behavior is very bad and aslo 2 male staff at reception behavior is extremely rude. I request hotel owner to replace this old rude staff to young and happy face at reception.

2. They charged for AC rooms but AC was not working if you to chill your room then you have to 3 to 4 hours.

3. hotel laundry was good . few house keeping staff behavior was also good and helpful ...

4 hotel need to improve washroom condition and cleanliness...

Neat rooms with minimum facilities for short stay. Udipi hotel nearby and other small requirements. At whom distance to US consulate very handy and economical for people going for US visa. Quite economical lodge but no restaurant.

overall experience was good room was neat and clean was spacious too, staff behavior was ok but main problem was the a/c was too loud and noisy also there is no hot water even though they said it was available in morning it was not. other than that every thing was fine
