Most horrible experience with this hotel. Dirty bedding. Sheets with blood stains. Cleaning is sub standard. Garbage pilled up in the corridor. Manager refused to come check the state. Just asked the cleaning guy to change sheets. Fab hotels is not maintaining this property as it looks in the pictures. Do not get fooled and waste your money here. We have been running for a refund since more than 20 days now and the team just keeping asking for more time to give us an update.

1) Room A/c not working.
2) Telephone not working.
3) Bad Bed-Sheets.
4) Front office person doesn't understand. Has an indifferent attitude.
5) If you ask something, he talks something else.
6) Parking is an issue.
7) Security answered rudely and asked me to park on the road.
8) I do not understand how this could be deemed as a "Deluxe Room" ...there is no signs of anything deluxe..
9) Cockroach infested, unclean environment.
10) Lousy Breakfast & Service.
In all, a very bad experience. I will strongly not recommend this place.

No toiletries, no hot water.
Despite this, breakfast was good but without any tea/coffee. The place is still under construction (seems like). Has a vintage lift.
Service takes ages to come!
