Receptionist is not sure about any appointments. Only one staff s available tat s receptionist. It should be wel organized. They have so mny branches but tis branch is in Velachery i am not happy about the service. Atleast u ppl should appoint one extra staff. One staff cant handle all.

Me gender was mislabelled as female and all reference count were misleading.
Also they assured that LDL HDL cholesterol test can be done any time and so I took before luch. But later I realised that it shoud be done after fasting.
They simply took my samples for money and didn't give any proper guidance.

One of the worst lab. Doesnt know even the ethics of the medical field. Refusing to give the report in patient hand. When enquired about that they say that they will give the report to only doctors who has refered them. Not even a single star should be given. Worst lab.... ????????????
