Completely money mind. Only money speaks inside the hospital. Dr. Kumaragurubavan worst experience. Frankly telling indian system will work only if having money.

I have been visiting your hospital for the past several years, and I have seen your hygiene standards deteriorating by the year. for example, look at your toilets in all blocks including main building. They are dirty, smelly and a big source of infection. I am surprised that your management hasn't taken notice of this and nothing has been done including renovating them. You boast of highest certifications, but why are your toilets so unclean? You have also been causing a great deal of inconvenience to patients by dumping your main building reception with some bulky machinery for the past several months. This has led to over crowding around Consultation rooms and your hospital itself has become unsafe at a time social distancing is still in practice. One visit to your Consultation rooms on the left of your reception desk would reflect as to how unsafe it is.

I am sure with all the money you make, you can keep your premises clean and tidy.

Having said this, I must say you have a dedicated team of Doctors and your nursing care is something you need to be proud of. One of the best I have experienced till date.

Normally I won't write feedback for Doctors bcoz of the respect I have on that profession. Still writing here hoping it will be helpful for many who are searching for "Best Urologist in Chennai".

Two years before, my father aged 72 was keep getting fever and chills for every 3 months due to urine infection. I have taken him to many hospitals but we couldn't find the root cause. Because of continuous fever his health condition become so worst.

Then I taken him to Dr. A.C. Mani Sir, very quick turnaround he found it's bcoz of strictures and did a urethral dilation and suggested to repeat this procedure every year.

Now it's been 2 years and he's looking far better and NOT getting any fever nowadays. He saved his Life!!
