We wanted to buy a small engagement ring and we had approached our lucky vendor M/s Bapalal. We had connected with Ms Shakthi who had untiringly supported us in addressing queries on WhatsApp, sending latest designs etc.

Today when we had visited the shown room for decision making , Ms Shakthi was not available ( which she had informed us ) but she had handed over our requirement to a very sensitive person, who could read our requirements perfectly and go for a close .
In fact the sale closure was effortlessly done by the team. We had an wonderful experience and came out delighted.
