You can get rooms to stay without sharing basis, at (slightly high) rates. Place is good and has good water supply. Recommended for students. Points deducted for high price, rooms without ventilation and cockroaches in bathroom! I gave my clothes on pay per cloth wash basis, it has been 12 days and I have still not got it washed.

As we know Chennai suffers from water shortages everytime..well this place doesnt..
I am a student and i am currently staying here and plan to stay here until i come across a cheaper and better accommodation near Royapettah area..
The only downside is that they are charging too much for electricity as it is a commercial place..But 11/unit is still too much.
The staff is extremely helpful and you can use their fridge too.. : )
They clean the rooms and bathroom every 15 days..
So thats it..anybody planning to come over do contact me we surely can have a chat.

Nice modest accommodation. Clean environment. Good service. But a little overpriced I felt. Otherwise it is very good and reliable.
