One of the worst customer service they provide. No doubts about the doctors. All are very supportive and great. But the lady who handles operation and takes appointment is always rude. She hangs up and doesnt listen. One day she asks to call after 8 for appointment. Next day when we call at 8, she doesnt pick till 845 and say appointment gets over by 7.30 itself. If you have this kind of a person for admin, you will lose your patients. Again nothing against the doc. They are excellent

Dirty clinic and filthy pharmacy.the corridors filled with sewage needs attention
