Staff were extremely cooperative. Had some issues with noise early in the morning, as my room was just beside the reception. However, they did their best to address the issue whenever I reported it. Good location, near IIT Madras and Cancer Institute, Adyar. Peaceful neighbourhood. Had no issue with safety, being a solo female traveller. Room was quite big and bathroom, room was quite clean. Budget friendly. Breakfast was also quite good.

Location is fantastic. Food is “basic”. Very typical Indian. Basic things were missing at breakfast like “ black coffee”. When I mean black coffee I mean no milk. ( they just mix it by default). Rooms are basic! Not clean in bathroom. I would say a 2 star hotel in Europe. Cost is acceptable only because of the location (Colaba). Would I go back ? No Would I recommend ? No Would I suggest it to anyone who wants to stay in south for ok value? Yes. Was the staff pleasant ? They were excellent.
