The quality of food provided for breakfast and lunch was poor..For the amount we pay, it could have been far better.. Kindly improve the services..Everywhere we are hurried- at tonsuring place, at restaurants and not given enough time to refresh..In fact one of the passenger was left at tea break restaurant and the bus was waiting for him for sometime..Head count was not done and the route travelled was also too long

The office was small. Only the reception area looks good. The corners of the waiting area are unclean. Especially the restroom for guests which is outside of office was very bad. We booked tirumala evening package. The bus is not Volvo, but okay. I feel the bus rides slow. Started at 8 pm. The bus halted in akshaya hotel near tiruvallur for dinner. Only dosa and chappathi was there at 10pm. Later the bus stopped in tirupathi cro office for fresh up. We got 2 rooms, it's twins sharing basis. The rooms are good and clean. No hot water, only warm water. We spend only 3 hours, then started to alamelu thayaru temple. The darshan was good. Then stopped in udhai international for breakfast at 6.30 am. Breakfast was very good. They served Idli, vada and pongal in buffet manner. Then we changed bus to usual RTC bus for tirumala. We reached at 8.30am handed over the mobiles and wallets in an shop for small fee. Then went for 300 rupees darshan at 9.15 am and had darshan around 10 am, but to come out of temple took another 45 minutes. So came out of temple at 10.45 am. Did darshan to other temples and did some shopping and returned to alightment point at 11.30am. waited for others to joined and started at 12.15 pm, reached tirupathi and halted in hotel dilli for lunch at 1.30 pm. Lunch is very good. Buffet style. Meals and sides are good and tasty. Started by 2.15 pm and reached Chennai at 7 pm. They dropped in tnagar office. Overall the trip was nice and good. The bus could be better.

I went for the 1 day tirupati trip.
Poor quality bus.. pathetic guide... No proper food.. no organizing and planning... Really unhappy with this AP tourism.

They should definitely upgrade their status and their services. Don't know why no concentration is done on such holy trip tourism
