Good place to get Amul icecreams.. But they should have some proper seating arrangements to sit and eat..

5star for amul ice cream. There is no proper seating place to eat. Pity they don't sell chocolate.

I brought a strawberry ice cream of 500gm party pack from this store. The ice cream was not very good, the texture of the ice cream was very sandy and not so smooth like an actual ice cream.

When went back to the store and told the storekeeper that the ice cream was not good. He didn't like my opinion. So he call to the store owner and gave the phone to me. I told her the same and she agreed and she also told me that there were some problems with the ice cream manufacturerd by Amul because of covid19. So I asked for a refund and she also said agreed about the refund. The storekeeper was not happy with this refund. He started to shout at me and told me what I asked is not right and start to behave in rude way.

Where he didn't gave money proper. He gave me a 500 told me go and change it in the next store. The other store keeper told that he behaved like this to almost 10 customers. Because of this service provided they don't even deserve a single star. I was really upset by the service provided by the storekeeper and Amul being a very popular brand they should make some changes or give proper training to the store keeper on how to treat a customer.
