Check in process was smooth. Halez rooms are a la Aloft. There is nothing to complain. However, the corridor smelt heavily of cigarette remains. The hotel gave an excuse that a marriage group caused it, regardless I still felt no effort was taken to at least nullify the smell.
Food taste was great. Everything we ordered tasted super. You even get complimentary chips or crackers.
The coffee ordered to the room was cold, and again, there was no remorse when we mentioned it while checking out.

Spacious rooms, Very exquisite ambience. Not very close to the city but easily identifiable. The rooms were clean. Overall, we enjoyed the stay even though it was very short.
