Alhamdulillah. Performed Umrah b/w 25 Dec, 2022 to 7 Jan 2023.
Pros:
1. Hotel very near to Holy Mosque
2. Rooms are good
3. Ziyarath moulvis are best both in Mecca and Medina
4. Mecca ziyarath was good as we had opportunity to visit many places.
Cons:
1. Repetitive food menu should be avoided
2. Include variety in food (add fruits during breakfast and lunch)
3. Ziyarath in Medina can be improved
4. Avoid booking connecting flights as this eats up around 15 hrs of time (if it's direct flight , it takes only 6 hrs).

Assalamualaikum! I went to Umrah with Al Ikhlas with my family of 15 members. Initially they committed very close hotel and direct flight with proper south Indian food. To my surprise they honoured their commitment 100% . Many travel agents commit high,but deliver low. But they committed normal and delivered great. May Allah bless the entire team of Al Ikhlas.
