My heart goes to this place in Yuksom. What a beautiful campsite it is in Yuksom. In case if you’re planning for Goechala trek, go along with them, stay there, enjoy the rawness of Yuksom here. Definitely, I am gonna visit this place again. Prodipto, Shawn, Ong, Sameer da will make your stay beautiful there. These are the heroes of this place who have built this place from scratch and will be there to give you homely feeling.

If you want to stay with the root of mountain and the people of yuksom, an old Kingdom of Sikkim, this is undoubtedly the best place. Eco-friendly stay with stunning view and good food waiting for you guys with proper Bengali touch. You can make friends here and create unreal memories with nature. There is a cafe or club ( local calls it) where you can study books ,play guitar and chess. One of the best trip ever with proper treatment.

The kind of treatment they provide, is indescribable and incomparable. Pradipta da cooked us food that reminded us of home-cooked food, immediately. The entire team made us feel right at home with their behaviour towards us. They even went ahead to arrange for bonfire nights, and acoustic songs, where all of us spent the night under the star-lit sky jamming to one song after another. They took us to places that I thought only existed in beautiful paintings. AND there were plenty of friendly dogs which is a HUGE bonus if you're a dog lover. Yuksom feels both like heaven and like home, away from home, thanks to the entire team of Voyage de Mountains. Thanks to Mayukhda, for arranging for such a special trip for all of us. Trekking seems so much fun with the team (and believe me, I'm not usually into trekking), but with Voyage de Mountains, I'd do it a thousand times over and more. YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, TEAM VOYAGE DE MOUNTAINS. Will keep on visiting, for years to come. :)
