We stayed in this hotel during the last week of May 2023 for a night.
This hotel already has very bad review regarding the behaviour of the local owner. As we booked through travel agency, we did not enquire about the hotel beforehandedly and had a very bitter experience there.
Few points to highlight about the hotel and our experience:
1. The hotel has good location, 10 mins walking distance from Buddha Park. It has about 4 rooms in each floor. Only one room in each floor has good light, air and view. Rest of the rooms don't have view, free air flow or direct sunlight and feels swampy, smelly. However, the toilets are clean.
2. The local owner tries to give the bad rooms to the tourists who come through travel agency. May be he saves the good rooms for the flying tourists to sell at higher price.
3. In our case, he gave us only 1 good room while we had booking for 3 good rooms, that too 3 months beforehanded. On protesting, he talked in a very rude manner and threw all responsibility upon our trip organizer! After a long argument, lots of phone calls and more importantly,  loss of time and mood, we could manage another good room.
4. The local owner is totally ill-mannered person and doesn't know how to behave with guests! He was talking in a manner like we were tresspassers and staying there at the grace of him! Even upon asking a bottle of mineral water, he first told that it will cost extra over and above the package and then gave it. The throwing of his voice was too bad! No one talks to guests in this manner!
5. We checked in late, and the confrontations regarding the rooms had already killed a lot of time of ours. Finally, we completed our lunch at 5.20 pm. At the end if lunch, the local owner told in a very hursh manner that we have to complete our dinner by 8.30 pm; that is the rule of hotel, we have to obey by that and no food will be served thereafter. We were shocked since it was not possible to have lunch and dinner in 3 hrs interval. We protested, but he did not pay heed to that and repeatedly told the same thing! He was behaving like he was the biss of us! This is totally unacceptable.
6. We had a child with us who was taking some more time to finish her lunch. The local owner turned off the light if the dining table while we were feeding the child! This was unimaginable! How can a person do like this?
7. He also talked in a very hursh tone to our 70 years old father, who just asked for a card of the hotel!
8. We were totally annoyed, to some extent frightened! We felt like changing the hotel immediately! Anyhow, we decided to manage to stay somehow for the night. Thus entire episode totally destroyed our mood and we lost valuable time and could not visit Buddha Park that day!

Recommendations:
1. Everyone should avoid this hotel.
2. If your travel agent has already booked room it it, ask him to change the hotel, because it can totally destroy your travel experience.
3. If you have no option to change the hotel, stay in the room as the local owner provides, don't go in any arguments or confrontations, or he will make yiur stay miserable.
4. The hotels immediately opposite to Buddha Park are the best location wise.

It's a great place for your visit. The rooms are well maintained and decorated. You can get hot water 24*7. They also have great views from the balcony.

Room was not good at all, very unhealthy and unhygienic room, manager is very bad in behavior and he is very rude and third class man, he is responsible for this bad review about their hotel, I am requesting the owner of this hotel to look after this matter seriously, otherwise your hotels reputation is going down day by day... change your manager as fast as possible
We gave our 3 breakfast to the greedy and third class manager..
The manager is born to lie..
I also request the owner to change the manager to glorify your hotel..
