Worst delivery services they are offering.Parcel have arrived at the destination on 12th but they didn't bother to deliver it till 19th. I had to go to their(dtdc) office to pick up my parcel, and also faced a fraudulent call from dtdc service and deducted amount from my bank account.I will never take dtdc service again. #dtdcfraud #worstdtdcservicerangpo #dtdcrangpo.

One the worst courrier service if there is option I will give 0 out of 5. Delivery charges are very high still not accurate according to wight also adding extra amount. Full of froud and careless staff they don't care your parcel. Don't go with dttc choose another options. My experience is very very worst, I made mistake to choose dttc so please don't go dttc if care about your money and parcels.

My order was supposed to be deliver Gyalshing but it was delivered on rangpo. But these guys held on my order for few days and said that it would traverse through Siliguri again to reach my destination which would take 3 days more. I had to go rangpo from gyalshing to pickup my item which costed money and time. Certainly, DTDC work has to be improved in some areas.
