This is the Avalokiteshwara temple located in Upper Pelling. Entry fee is very nominal and most importantly the temple is wheelchair accessible. A separate pathway is created beside the staircase for this accessibility.
To reach the foot of the temple one has to cover about 150 stair cases. The Pelling skywalk is located at the foot of this temple. The view from the temple top is amazing.
