The best tourist destinations in West Sikkim... The place is calm and quite to enjoy the nature... View of Mt Kanchenjunga is perfect.. The statue of Buddha makes the place more heavenly... One has to book a ticket by paying Rs 100/- each to get into the main compound..

People reach out to this place to enjoy the Sky walk but the beauty lies in the architecture of the monastery. But the cost of entry ticket is Rs.100 per adult which is slightly on higher side.
Inside the monastery, the stair case is encircled around the multi headed Buddha statue which gives an ultimate view of Buddha from all the directions. Visitors are requested not to take any photographs inside the monastery to respect the divinity of this place.
There are a lot of flower pots kept in front of the monastery which is also one of the attractions for which you can put it in your bucket list if you are visiting pelling.

The Glass Bridge, a.k.a., the ‘Sky Walk’ is only a crowd-appealing factor to the iconic Monastery situated nearly on the tip of the mountain. Believed to be one of the oldest monasteries present in the state of Sikkim, it was built in the late 17th century. You also get a spectacular view of the mighty Kanchenjunga range from the place. Soon there shall be an aerial tramway connecting the Pelling Helipad to this monastery.
