The PROMISED LAND/PLACE ....a Promise to the GUMPHA that I will visit again... talking about Ngadak Thupten Shedup Dhargey Choeling Gumpha...one of the oldest Gumpha of South Sikkim, a little bit distant from main Namchi Town. This old Gumpha is very serene, calm and peaceful...an ideal place to correlate with Nature and Buddhism. The child monks to and fro, the majestic sound of bells and drums and the thanka works on the wall...all will surely transport you to another World. The old ghumpha with its dilapidated structure is well maintained and preserved...the new Ghumpha is standing tall....Surely Ngadak (Promise ), I will visit you again... it's my promise ????????.

Very peaceful and serene atmosphere. Beautiful monastery. Not crowded at all.
I am not sure about the timing, please double check it.

Unbelievably tranquil. Aura of spiritualsm lingers in the monastery. The architecture and the art are incredible.
