One of the worst website i have ever visited in my entire life.....every time I try to visit it's unreachable.... either fix the problem or handover this website to some other department.

Permit for restricted areas must been apply from travel agencies for foreigners
The government officer told me he cannot provide forms directly to foreigners.
A form cost 10 roupies, travel agencies are making their business by charging fro 400 to 800 roupies to make the permit.
