The resort is located at great spot overlooking the river. The staff is extremely polite, responsive, caring and proactive. The food is scrumptious and we were lucky to be treated to a Sikkimese feast, which we couldn’t stop devouring.
The rooms are clean, well-functioning and comfortable. You can enjoy the scenic view of the mountainous terrains that Sikkim has to offer.
Overall it’s a must visit.

Good peaceful Stay. It's's a beautiful resort with big clean rooms. Aesthetics of the resort are awesome. Only thing is it is not situated in Gangtok but in Ranipool around 40 minutes from Pakyong Airport ( which could be advantageous) on the way to Gangtok which is another 45min to 1 hour . Service is good view from rooms are scenic.

The resort is very beautiful and very spacious rooms including bathrooms.. Staff are superb with there behaviour and most courteous. Food is above average and prices are bit high. This place is bit away from the city and is almost 30min from Gangtok. Nice location with good view. Room decor is nice and has royal look to it.
Con: Wi-Fi is not that great, it’s below average. Approach road for 1/2km is bad.
