Worst experience. I have been traveling to other hill areas but never faced such a customer experience. We booked our 2 days 1 night plan to yumthang valley with them for 12 k. The stay at lachung was not at all matching to the price we paid. The whole night there was no electricity. It was merely a 10x12 room for 3 travellers. The only good thing was the hospitality of the staff.

The next day was totally spoiled by the driver. We were traveling in brand new bolero having new tyres. Due to snow fall, our vehicle stopped at a point 7-8 kms away from lachung. After 40 mins, the road was clear and other vehicles started proceeding. But a bunch of very young age drivers including our driver too, started creating problems for customers. He was so stubborn in not going ahead. After so many requests he started up to the next point where the view was at least better. We got out of the vehicle and started exploring area until we saw that the road is clear and tourists are going ahead. It was 9:30 am by then. We requested our driver to complete the rest of 12 kms to yumthang valley and that's where he started insulting us along with his other driver friends. Few statements by them-
You people wasted time
Mera sirdard kar diya
Maine galti ki tum logo ko laake
His friends were making fun of us saying - baal bachche nahi hain kya? Sign karke do ki risk tumhara hai etc etc
He also started blabbering in nepali

Then this guy after wasting 20 mins in all these nonsense drove us ahead for another 3-4 kms. There we saw snow again on the road which was not at all a problem for this new vehicle but our mood was totally off and we gave up.

There was a tempo traveller which went upto yumthang valley and at least 10-15 other vehicles which proceeded beyond that point.

We paid our air tickets, efforts, vacations to experience this insult and waste of time.

Please train your drivers to behave with customers. Suggestion for travellers- please ask for experienced and matured drivers. The driver's name was Amos if readers are looking for the name.

Such a bad experience by this agency. We took package for lachung and yamthang valley. Driver they provided was not at all interested to take us there. We reached lachung where we stayed over night and next day started for yamthang valley. there was bit snow fall and patches of snow on the road. This driver whose name is Amos denied to take us to valley saying it's a risk. And we have to bear all the risks if we force him. He scared us saying vehicle will skid and we fall into valley Other vehicles were passing by and reaching to valley but this guy fought so much and finally got us back. We reported this to agency but they simply ignored. We wasted out whole money, time and most important out trip. I request you to not to go through this agency.
