I booked the tour for 5 members from Bagdogra Airport - Darjeeling - Gangtok - Bagdogra. I made the travel bookings at the very last moment. Since we were 5 people, we needed a 7 seater car for transportation.
I called up 4-5 tour agencies but found that either there were no cars available or the quotes were too high due to the peak season.
Shuffling though the list of agencies, I found Guide Sikkim Tour & Travels.
I called up and a very polite Mr. Chandra answered the phone. It was almost 9 pm but still he explained in detail about the different places and how to plan the trip. To top it off, he provided the most reasonable rates considering the peak season and the rates of other agencies. Immediately after the call, he sent me an itinerary wherein he mentioned day wise sightseeing. This was really helpful throughout the trip.
We had already booked the accomodations and hence required only the cabs. Each and every cab provided was in good condition.
Bagdogra to Darjeeling - Innova - Driver Pravash (Experienced and smooth driver)
Darjeeling tour - Innova - Driver Satish (Experienced and a top notch guide)
Darjeeling to Gangtok - Innova - Driver Vishal (Ok Ok driver - drove in a hurry, but cooperative and polite)
Gangtok tour - Scorpio - Driver Rabin (Butter Smooth driving even in the rough tsomgo and Nathu la areas, really experienced)
Gangtok to Bagdogra - Innova - Driver Pradeep (Experienced, smooth and polite)
All the drivers were always on time.
Every trip was planned properly by Mr. Chandra. Though we had some last moment changes, he was patient and made the necessary changes quickly.
We had an amazing time.

Hotel (Hotel Kaso, Gangtok) (Ayurlay Mountain Retreat, Lachung) rooms and staff were fine but was at a little distance from M.G. Marg. The food in the hotel was good and the views outside the hotel were also worth seeing, but there was no arrangement for a doctor in case of sudden need in the hotel. And we had to leave for the airport the next day at 4 am, yet there was no tea or any kind of facility from the hotel staff and the hotel. Due to a sudden electronic fault in the night of the last day, we had to face the whole night. But the two drivers who were given to us (Gelek and Gill) were very nice and cooperative, due to which we did not have to go through any kind of problems in such a long journey and because of them our trip was very enjoyable.

I had a very good experience with them. I would like to thank Mr.Chandra Prasad for helping us with this tour. He was really helpful and friendly the whole time. He did things according to our preference and need. If you are looking for a trip planner then you are at the right place.
