So alu chura translates to potato and flattened roasted rice flakes. The guy here pours a potato curry over these flakes and tops it with onion, green chilli, mimi noodles making it perfect for any point in day. This place is tiny but the snack is delicious. It’s not the most comfortable place but it’s definitely cozy. Every time I am in Gangtok I make sure to visit here multiple times! So don’t miss this must visit spot.

This is the correct location for the famous chacha ka alu chura. It is opposite to shambhu jewellery.
