Extremely happy and satisfied with the service ..'Udaipur cars'. has been very professional, calm driver and good in English.
He has provided on time service and has very good local knowledge. In fact he was our mini guide. All his recommendations we tasteful, scenic and most importantly safe.

The booking process was smooth and reliable. Operator Bittu is responsive on phone and WhatsApp. The driver Moti Singh was very good, helpful and courteous. However, the Innova car provided to us was not at all as per quality that was assured to me and promised. Despite my repeated prior asking the operator, he did not provide me the correct car registered number. I believe that was deliberate as we got a 9 year old Gujarat registered vehicle. The car windscreen had a crack all across it and the glove box compartment was loose and dangling down. I gave all this feedback to the Operator and hope it helps him to improve.
