Review for the Heritage Family suite:

Pros:
1. Rooms and washrooms are clean and spacious
2. Located at a prime location, close to all tourist places
3. Staff is polite
4. Had ordered in-room breakfast which was tasty and good value for money

Cons:
1. No direct elevator or way to family suites
2. Plumbing in washrooms is bad
3. Rooms are not modern, has old flooring.
4. No window view for family suite, windows open to a construction site
5. TV is not functional
6. Room service is extremely slow. Have to call more than twice for every request
7. Hotel WiFi was down from the second day of stay, reception said lines were cut because of road work.

The built of this hotel is pretty and the view of the lake is tremendous. Food was just amazing.

I felt the hotel room was overpriced. My stay was for 3 nights and one thing I really hated was that 9 out of 10 times the house keeping staff wouldn't answer call then I had to call reception to convey the message. Another big issue that they have is PARKING and I don't think they can take care of that as they don't have space for it. There's no parking available inside the premises, you have to park your car at roadside wherever you find a space to park.

I was not satisfied with many things at this hotel but I forgave all because of their food, it is just mind blowing.

This hotel manager Mahendra Singh is really good with behaviour and professional. We wanted to change the room booking after one night stay which is not possible but the manager found the way to provide us what we wanted.
Facilities are good here.
Lake facing Imperial room is good.
Nice hotel to visit.
