Worst hotel to stay. Worst service. Even for a bottle of water you have to call reception at lease thrice. Room electricity is also issue. Their gen set has always problem. You can see lights nearby but lights of hotel will be off reason generator set is not working. Food quality so so. Worst experience.

I love this property there service is excellent food was excellent and the staff behavior is so good and most important thing is that the room is clean good and relaxing. All services are here like car parking, wifi ,restaurant, and easy check-in and check-out .
Overall the property is budget friendly with all great services. I consider to all my friends if you are coming udaipur once check this property.

I had booking in the hotel for 2 nights with 7 member of group. The guy who was on reception at day shift has very bad behavior. He has no sense how to talk with consumer. We told him to take a picture and he refused and said that we have other customers you are not the only one. He called us continuously for not making noise. We also seen cockroach in the room. Other staff members were cooperative. The location of the hotel is quit inside the road and 3km away from the city palace.
