I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this place due to following services that I got during my stay :

1.Girl at the reception is extremely stupid. She doesn't know how to talk with customers. She was using foul language i.e. extremely shocking.

2. AC was in such a poor condition. Neither it's air swing was working nor it was cooling the room even at 16 degree temperature.

3. Firstly they told us that they will give us morning buffet. They didn't give buffet in the morning . They lie about the services. We have to order each items in the breakfast separately.

4. I have asked for dental kit & they took hour an hour to provide that kit for which I have to call thrice.

5. Don't be surprised if you found Lizard in the room.

The only problem with the resort is unprofessional, rude and rigid staff including manager/owner Mr. Harikrushana. We reached at resort at 12.30 p.m. in scorching heat with kids and family and requested to give keys while we were making payments, but their answer was we give keys only when full payment is done. We had already paid advanced to them. When we ask, what if we dont like the rooms, their answer was it will not happen, you people always come after seeing on google. Our request was only that the kids and ladies can settle in the room while we are paying. We stayed only for a day even booked for two days.

Food is average, swimming pool is quite small. Property is good though. We went to bhairavgarh on second day which is our favorite property in udaipur. Prefer it over park exotica only due to their rude and dont care behaviour.

Not worth any price you are paying -

May be they actually know what they are providing i.e they do not want to upgrade or improve anything. There is no Resort like feeling.

Property is old and not very well maintained. Room upgradation is highly required & recommended as myself not slept properly as they have beds having spring making noise everytime I turn my side (Beds make a creeking sound). B3 room conditions is not atpar as I have expected.

Room AC was very efficient (Only plus thing)

Food not that par - Naan is very hard.

Location : Little bit outside the City.

Environment : Outside Ambience Good.
