I have stayed in this hotel twice and I really liked it. I couldn't observe any major con. The pros are as follows :

1. Cost effective, keeping in mind the facilities and services offered
2. Quick service
3. Polite staff
4. They allowed decoration also for my marriage anniversary
5. Cleanliness and interior is good
6. Location is great! Very near to Udaipole bus stand and railway station

Food quality not good at all, service also worst one.
Have to call twice for towel, even for hot water have to request them twice to thrice.

Room cost is 6k per day, in return the service look a like dharmshala.
Not a good rooms, no extra services are there.

Not recommended to anyone, still going to stay 2 days here, if able to find any good point then increase the star or will select 1.

Comfortable stay, good service and property is close to most of the local sight seeing points.
The staff was polite and provided good assistance with arranging transport for travelling .
