At first the hotel didn't look good to me but to my surprise it actually was good. The food, services, assistance and hospitality were great. Room and the washroom was clean and hygienic. Only problem is that there is a common solar water heater and no individual ones in the rooms and hence there was no warm water in the washroom.

The rooms are good and the location is decent. However in a tussle between OYO and Hotel, the hotel guys are disappointed with the prices on Oyo app and that shows up on their service. When we walked in, they said the price we paid is too low and declined to service.

Our package included breakfast and they denied us breakfast - this was the worst part. They asked us to talk to OYO and not to them. The OYO service as usual is worst and they took ages to talk with a clear lack of ownership. Finally, they didn’t resolve it.

The breakfast spread was very basic with just Paratha and Poha and nothing else and they still asked for 250 bucks per person.

Coming to the hotel itself, it is a pretty good property with good rooms and well maintained.

Its at walkable distance from the city palace, making it a suitable place to stay in. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff is also ok. They have dining space on the roof top which has a splendid view over the city. A pool is also available.
