Very rude behavior of the manager at the store at Celebration Mall, Udaipur. I purchased a pair of jeans today & had to wait for 15 mins as their billing software was not working. Finally when I paid the amount of Rs.3000.00 in cash, the store did not have change to return. So I paid 2500 in cash & balance of Rs.219 by G PAY. I showed the manager the confirmation on my phone app but again due to server prob at their store they did not receive the message. After waiting for 5 mins I told the manager that he can verify the payment message received on my cell & allow me to leave. But he rudely replied I will have to wait till he receives the message as he does not trust a customer for amt of Rs.219.00. I have been a regular customer of the store & my contact details are already registered with LEVIS & in case of any prob. he could have contacted me anytime.

Wonder is this the way they have been trained to deal with customers

So I went to the store to seek the contact details of the tailor so I can pay him and get my denims altered. The staff was very reluctant in sharing the details and soet of rude too. The manager eventually suggested a tailor who could help out.

They should know that the Levi's outlets have provided me complimentary alterations numerous times regardless of the clothing purchased from any store online or offline. All this despite me being ready to pay for the services.

I think the unprofessionalism is a common issue found in most of the outlets in Udaipur. However some places are the worst.

I would advice you to improve your customer service because that's all you can do now to boost sales. Specially since most of the customers are already switching to online stores for shopping and you can't complete with the discounts they provide.

Just like any other Levi's Store. Signature T Shirts are always sold out. So please visit on the very first day of sale.
