A Must visit hotel. Everything is perfect, the view from the hotel is just pleasing and heavenly. The staff management and the customer service is a 5 star, the staffs over there make sure that all your needs are fulfilled. Rooms are exquisite and
beautiful. The food is also good. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Disappointing from the beginning. Our room (lakeview) was tired, rundown, stuffy and smelt mouldy. That would be because the curtains were covered in black mould. We declined the offer of spray freshener and asked that the curtains be replaced . They would not change our room. The room still smelt mouldy and was breathtakingly stuffy. It was cooler when we stepped out of the room (outside temp was 39 degrees)
Breakfast was passable but we had much better food at much cheaper hotels in other cities in India.
The pol has to be seen to be believed! It is a tank on the roof and the water is an unappealing green colour. Disgusting. Where is the pool on the Web pages?
Overall very disappointing experience and cannot recommend.

If you are looking for heritage stay in Udaipur, I would highly recommend to opt for Lake Pichola hotel. It has rooms with amazing lake view. Rooftop restaurant is also amazing, you will surely enjoy candle light dinner with someone you desire to have that with.
