I recently had the opportunity to stay at Jeevan Tara Resort, and I must say that my experience this time was a bit disappointing compared to my previous visit. While the resort still retains its beautiful surroundings and peaceful ambiance, the service provided this year was not up to the mark.

During my previous stay, the staff at Jeevan Tara Resort was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for the guests. However, this time, there seemed to be a noticeable decline in the quality of service. The staff appeared less motivated and less responsive to the needs of the guests.

One of the main issues I encountered was a lack of timely assistance. Requests for basic amenities took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and at times, we had to follow up multiple times before our needs were addressed. This was a significant departure from the efficient and prompt service I had previously experienced at the resort.

Moreover, the overall attention to detail seemed to have suffered. The room cleanliness was not up to par, and we found several small maintenance issues that were not promptly fixed. It was evident that the level of care and maintenance had decreased compared to my previous stay.

On a positive note, the resort's location and natural beauty are still outstanding. The surroundings offer a serene and picturesque environment, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were also well-maintained and enjoyable.

However, despite the positive aspects, the decline in service quality was a significant drawback during my recent stay at Jeevan Tara Resort. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant experience.

Overall, while the resort's location and amenities are appealing, I would caution potential visitors to consider the current service quality, which fell short of my previous experience at Jeevan Tara Resort.

Location is nice but, the staff was completely rude and service was not at all upto mark, they even charged us for empty plates, apart from that in night there were several electricity cuts, sometimes running into hours, further they are charging 60 rs per bottle which u can get for 20 rs just 300 meters away from resort. Thus, in conclusion if you don't have a better option for stay can go for it, else ignore.

The rooms are big and good property, but the location, service and food quality is not good as compared to money..

If you do not have other options then you choose it..
