Worst experience. Felt cheated.

I went with my brother and husband for shopping. My husband picked a t-shirt from Jack & Jones which was on 50% off. My brother made the payment not knowing about the discount. The sales person on the counter scanned it 2 times and charged us the full amount. We asked for bill and he said you will get it on your mobile. We left the store.

But soon we checked the bill and the amount charged was 1,799 and quantity shown was 3.
We immediately went back to the store, the sales person said it was done by mistake but clearly it was intentional. He charged us for 2 t-shirts and a carry bag.

Although he returned the money but there was no mark of regret on his face and on the top of it he did not care to say sorry a single time.

Shameless, Cheaters & a totally unprofessional behaviour.

Won't be buying from your store ever.

bought jack n jones shoes on sale which can be exchangable within a month as per the sale executive but after a week when i went to store for exchange , they refused to change and suddenly there policy changed and gave me reason as all the stock has been sent back to jack n jones .
Very disappointing !
As the staff was not cooperative , its not at all my fault.
